Note 10 revealed in press renders ahead of August launch

Samsung is projected to take the wraps off the Galaxy Note 10 in early August, but press renders that made the rounds today provide us with the closest look we can take at the device ahead of the official unveiling.

The renders, which confirm that the Note 10 will come in two different versions, also indicate that some other big changes are planned on the device, and it all starts with the front-facing camera.

As you can see in the photos included in the gallery, both the 6.3-inch Galaxy Note 10 and the 6.75-inch Galaxy Note 10+ will come with a single front-facing camera that will be placed in a centered hole. Samsung has thus embraced a different approach versus the Galaxy S10+ where it placed a two cameras in a cutout in the top right corner.

Gradient color version

Both devices feature a triple-camera setup on the back, and the fingerprint sensor is nowhere to be seen, which is an indication that Samsung has indeed embedded in into the glass.

This is a feature that was used on the Galaxy S10 lineup as well, so it’s certainly not a surprise that it made its way to the Note 10 too.

The Bixby button is no more, and this is good news for users who aren’t really big fans of the Samsung assistant. Note 10 will also launch without a headphone jack, so you’ll have to stick either with an adapter or with wireless headphones.

The renders also reveal that the Note 10 will land with a gradient color version that was previously used on other Samsung models, but which was pioneered by Huawei, but also with a refined gray version.

The unveiling of the Note 10 will take place in New York City on August 7, and sales are projected to kick off later next month.
