Developers have fixed numerous problems

The team of developers from CD Projekt RED that handles Witcher 3 should be an example for the industry. The studio released a new patch for the game that also covers the recently launched Hearts of Stone.

CD Projekt RED is one of the few studios that provide support for games long after the official launch. They always improve their games, refine the engine, fix quests, and usually do pretty much everything that users request. If it's in their power and it's backed up by enough users, they will make that change. It's a difficult process, and they have to devote a lot of resources to it, but now they have to work to keep that fame intact.

In fact, CD Projekt RED has reached a point where even if they make a mistake and mess something up with the changes they implement, the community will most likely forgive them and wait patiently until it's fixed. This is the kind of loyalty that you can't really buy and that very few other studios can enjoy.

Witcher 3 and Hearts of Stone DLC get patched

Since Hearts of Stone needs the Witcher 3 base, things changed in one will influence the other. This is why there are different entries in the changelog for both the game and the DLC.

A lot of problems have been corrected in the changelog, and as usual, there are too many to list in one place. You can check the list below the article for more details, but it looks like there is something for everyone. There are lots of fixes for quests and quite a few performance improvements, which is always nice to see so late in the development cycle.

As usual, the patch landed for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Depending on your platform, the patch could be applied automatically or not, so you should check anyway.
