A few Surface 3 tablets said to be affected too

Windows 10 November Update keeps giving headaches to those who have already installed it, and according to new complaints posted on Microsoft's Community forums, in some cases, the update causes Wi-Fi problems that make network connections extremely unstable.

A number of users claim that, after installing Windows 10 November Update, their Wi-Fi connections are being dropped all of a sudden, with drivers most likely at fault.

Most of those reporting this problems are using Apple devices, either MacBooks or iMacs, and they're all running Bootcamp 6 drivers. Removing and reinstalling drivers doesn't make any difference, they add.

“I'm having the same issue after updating to version 1511 with Bootcamp on MBP Late 2012. Before the update, wifi was working fine. Getting the same troubleshoot responses as the original poster. Tried a variety of fixes found online, still nothing. Would run for about 10-15min then disconnects again,” one user explains.

Also impacting some Surface 3 tablets

At the same time, there are also Surface 3 owners who claim that their devices are also experiencing similar behavior after installing the November Update.

“It is not just a Macbook problem. I'm running Windows 10 on Surface 3 and I'm having the same problem. I have did a system restore which works but then it automatically updates again which is infuriating!” a Surface 3 user writes on the forums.

For the moment, a workaround is not yet available, but drivers are most likely the ones responsible for the caused issues. Some of the drivers that ran smoothly on Windows 10 RTM (build 10240) are no longer compatible with Windows 10 November Update (1511), and this is one of the reasons various parts of PCs no longer work correctly.

The same is happening with a number of third-party apps as well, and until developers update their software and drivers, it's very difficult to get everything to work in Windows 10 November Update.
