We reported to you a few days ago that Microsoft is likely to launch Windows 10 Mobile build 10586, the likely candidate for release, on November 12.

The new build is already being tested in Microsoft's internal rings, but it won't be released to Windows Insiders if this is truly the RTM version pushed to all consumers.

Unfortunately, NPU reports they have been hearing some alarming news coming from China, which suggests that build 10586 is not without issues yet.

It appears that many internal testers in the Mainland have confirmed that Windows 10 Mobile build 10586 is most likely the release build which will be announced next week.

There's still one week left until the alleged release of this build

They also point out that this build is more stable and smoother than any previous Windows 10 Mobile preview version, it's still affected by a strange issue. The problem is causing “Reboot loop” for some internal testers that were trying to do a hard reset.

On the more positive side of things, those who have been testing build 10586 confirmed Microsoft has fixed the storage issue affecting Windows 10 Mobile preview build 10581, which kind of makes sense since an RTM version can't be launched with such major problems.

Obviously, there's still time for Microsoft to address this “reboot issue,” which doesn't seem to affect all internal testers.

Let's hope Windows 10 Mobile build 10586 will be as bug-free as possible, especially if Microsoft plans to push this version of the platform to all compatible Windows Phone 8.1 devices.

Speaking of which, reports claim that the Redmond-based company has already started to send this build to OEMs and carriers for testing purposes, which suggests Microsoft plans to make Windows 10 Mobile available to as many consumers as possible around the same timeframe.
