Follow some simple rules and don't get suspended

Treyarch, the developer of Call of Duty: Black Ops III, has revealed the enforcement policy for the multiplayer part of the game. This is what will get you suspended or banned.

There is no reason to kid ourselves. Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a game primarily bought and played for the multiplayer campaign. The fact that there is a single-player campaign available is just some kind of a bonus, and it’s not really the focus of the game. Sure, most players will at least try the main campaign, but there are a great deal of people who don’t even start it.

Treyarch knows this very well, and that’s the main reason why there is an option to open all of the missions right from the start and to jump to the end of the campaign. It's something that hasn’t been done until now.

This brings us to multiplayer, and this is where things get really serious. The developers have zero tolerance for cheaters, and they have laid out the rules and punishments.

How to get banned or suspended in Call of Duty: Black Ops III

“Temporary suspensions can range from 48 hours to two weeks or longer, depending on the severity of the infraction. Permanent suspensions are lasting and final. A minor offense is one in which no quantifiable damage has been done to another user or the game community at large. An extreme offense is one in which a player has caused detriment to other users or has organized large groups of users to commit additional offenses,” reads the security notice.

Using unauthorized third-party software for hacking or modding, pirate content, unsupported peripheral devices, and applications, boosting, glitching, offensive behavior, offensive emblems/paintjobs, improperly obtained downloadable or unlockable content, and account sharing are the infractions that will get you either a temporary suspension or worse.

Users should not treat this lightly and should pay really close attention to the rules. Enjoy Call of Duty: Black Ops III.
