Justin Bieber has been talking the talk about a comeback, but this Sunday, at the MTV Video Music Awards 2015, he will also be walking the walk. The VMAs will be the place where he’ll be debuting his official comeback song, “What Do You Mean?”

To drum up interest in the project, he’s been getting his celebrity friends to hold up papers with the number of days left until the big reveal, i.e. the performance. He’s got Mark Wahlberg, ex-CNN legend Larry King, Kevin Hart, Miley Cyrus (who will actually be hosting the gala), Jaden Smith and Steven Tyler, among others.

A few weeks ago, Justin spoke to Ryan Seacrest about the song and the direction of the album it will be included on, and he said the album would be personal but also more dance-influenced. As for the song, it’s about Justin’s occasional inability to understand what girls he romances want from him, it’s sort of his way of asking them outright, “What do you mean by that?”

In a recent interview cited by Us Weekly, Justin spoke about the past 2 years of his life and how he came dangerously close to losing it all because he trusted the wrong people and he made the kind of mistakes youths are prone to.

“I just want to be around people who I feel are supporting me, uplifting me, and making sure I'm the best version of myself because there are so many people in this industry who just want to keep seeing me fall,” he said.

He wants to make sure he won’t give the haters this chance.

So, are you excited about Justin’s big comeback moment at the MVAs this Sunday? Will you be tuning in?
