14 DAY TRIAL // Vivaldi Technologies released today Vivaldi 1.15, the latest stable release of their Chromium-based, closed source web browser for GNU/Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
With Vivaldi 1.15, Vivaldi Technologies made their powerful web browser even more customizable by introducing new appearance options to let users adds any image they can think off as the window background in Vivaldi. To get started, a pre-set repeating pattern is available by default just below the Window Appearance section in Settings -> Appearance.

New Bookmarks main menu entry, audio and full-screen improvements
Vivaldi 1.15 also makes it easier for users to access their bookmarks by implementing a new Bookmarks entry in the main menu in addition to accessing them from the Bookmark Panel, Bookmark Bar, Bookmark Manager, and Speed Dial. Additionally, it's now possible to access various UI elements like the Panels and Address Bar in the full-screen mode.
Keyboard shortcuts have been added to toggle the appearance of the hidden UI on and off, which should help web designers work more efficiently on web pages. On top of that, the built-in Capture Page screen capturing utility will now remember the last selected option throughout restarts.
Last but not least, this release significantly improves the HTML5 Audio support by fixing issues where sound played at the wrong speed or not at all. Vivaldi 1.15 is based on the latest Chromium 65 open-source web browser, and it doesn't ship with a link to Facebook by default in the Speed Dial.
