The Steam Halloween sale debuts this year with massive discounts on hundreds of horror games and exciting in-game events. The sale runs from today, October 29, and until November 1 at 10 am PST.

As you might expect, the focus of the sale is horror games, which are now heavily discounted on Steam. Also, the sale features other great games that have special Halloween-themed updates or activities that are happening during the sale.

Here are some of the game that are getting major discounts on Steam during the Halloween sale: Vampyr, Friday the 13th – The Game, Prey, Resident Evil 2, Hunt: Showdown, The Forest, Dead by Deadlight, Killing Floor 2, The Blackout Club, 7 Days to Die, SCUM, and Dying Light.

Also, there are loads of non-horror games that received Halloween-themed updates, so if you already own any of these, you might want to check them out. Otherwise, you can get them at a sweet discount during the sale: Graveyard Keeper, We Were Here Too, Miscreated, Brawlhalla, Code Vein, Terraria, Monster Hunter World, PUBG, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six, Rocket League, Rust, Astroneer, and many more.

For those who can't afford to pay too much for horror games, here are some titles that cost less than $5 / €5 during the Halloween sale: Dead Space 2, The Hex, How to Survive 2, Bendy and the Ink Machine, Murdered: Soul Suspect, Alan Wake, Among the Sleep: Enhanced Edition, Stories Untold, Lisa, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Conarium, Dead Effect 2, Monstrum, and Agony.

Steam even included some brand new horror games in the sale, such as The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan, Stygian: The Old Ones, Secret Neighbor, The Beast Inside, Moons of Madness, and The Light Keeps Us Safe.

Since there's a huge list of games that are getting massive discounts as part of the Halloween Sale, we'd recommend players to check out their wishlists first for any possible discounts, and then head to the sales page.
