Microsoft has started allowing registration for its first big event of the year. Users can now register for Microsoft Ignite, which would take place on March 2-4.

There are several changes happening this year and which users should be aware of.

As you probably know already, 2020 has changed pretty much everything about these big events, so naturally, Microsoft isn’t yet able to host any physical conferences. This first Microsoft Ignite session would therefore take place online, which means whoever registers for the live keynotes would be able to watch everything from the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Then, since it’s a digital event, registering for Microsoft Ignite is completely free, and you’ll be able to watch any session you want from your computer.

CEO Satya Nadella to hold the opening keynote

Just as expected, CEO Satya Nadella will be one of the main speakers, but he will be then followed on the digital stage by Alysa Taylor, Corporate Vice President, Business Applications and Global Industry, and James Phillips, President, Business Applications.

Microsoft has revealed that Jared Spataro, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft 365, Mitra Azizirad, Corporate Vice President, Microsoft AI, and Innovation Marketing, and Scott Hanselman, Partner Program Manager, would also be taking the stage to discuss certain products with the audience.

The event will kick off on March 2, with the first keynote to go live at 6:15 PM. There will be several featured sessions later the same day, and Microsoft says it’ll also offer a connection zone and learning zone starting at 9:00 PM.

The entire agenda for the full three years of the show are available on the registration page right here, and don’t forget you can register completely free of charge on the same website.
