Untitled Goose Game, the indie gem developed by Australian studio House House, is getting a new local two-player cooperative mode, the developer confirmed recently. Released on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch last year, Untitled Goose Games will also be available in the physical format thanks to the collaboration between iam8bit, Panic, House House, and Skybound Games, which will distribute the physical editions.

The physical edition of Untitled Goose Game, along with the unique vinyl soundtrack, will be released on September 29. Pre-orders are already live on iam8bit's website for those who love physical games.

It's important to mention that Untitled Goose Games was an Epic-exclusive, so players who prefer Steam will be able to pick this one up on September 23. The two-player co-op mode will arrive on the same day as a free update for owners of the game on all platforms.

As one would expect, in the upcoming free update, players will be able to enjoy the entire game as two horrible geese, with a new horrible honk, teaming up to plan some horrible pranks, and generally being horrible to everyone together.

On a side note, Untitled Goose Game will be available for the first time on Itch.io starting next month, alongside the existing platforms of Nintendo Switch, Sony PlayStation 4, Microsoft Xbox One, and the Epic Game Store.

Untitled Goose Game is a puzzle stealth game where players must use a goose's abilities to play pranks on the inhabitants of an English village. The goose can manipulate objects, honk, duck down, run, flap its wings, as well as grab objects with its beak.

Each stage has its own objectives like stealing objects or playing tricks on villagers. Once all objectives are cleared, the goose can move on to the next area. Untitled Goose Game will be coming to Steam next month, so make sure to wishlist it if you're considering the game.
