Ubisoft is preparing to launch its Uplay+ subscription service, and the company revealed the list of games that are going to be available.

Slowly, major publishers are moving towards a subscription-based online service, which is not something that people would have anticipated even a few years ago. It turns out that the subscription model is more profitable than initially thought.

Ubisoft is launching this new service on September 3rd, just for Windows PC, for the measly sum of just $14,99 a month. It’s not all that much considering just how many games are going to be available at launch, along with a few major titles that are making their way at a later date.

More than 100 games

The first thing that people want to know, when such as service is offered, is if the new games are going to be included as well. It turns out that Ubisoft has big plan uPlay+.

"The value of Uplay+ is that you not only get access to our catalog of more than 100 games and DLC, but you also will be able to enjoy our upcoming releases. Uplay+ subscribers will be able to play Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Watch Dogs Legion premium editions. Couple that with upcoming games like Gods & Monsters and Rainbow Six Quarantine, Uplay+ is packed with new releases in the first 12 months for only $14,99/month,” said Brenda Panagrossi, VP of platform and product management.

Among the list of games available for Uplay+, you will find all Assasin’s Creed titles, all the Far Cry games, the Might & Magic franchise, all the Settlers games, everything with Tom Clancy in front of it, and many others.

Some titles will be made available after the September 3rd launch, and they include the Anno series, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint - Gold Edition, Watch_Dogs Legion – Ultimate Edition, and a few others.

Furthermore, if you sign up for Uplay+ now, you will be able to access a free trial of Uplay+ from September 3 to September 30th, which includes the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Breakpoint closed beta on September 5th.
