14 DAY TRIAL // Tyra Banks is perhaps the last female star you’d expect to see dissolve in tears in front of a camera, but this is exactly what happened on her brand new show, The Fab Life, when she discussed her fertility struggles.
Chrissy Teigen was the first to open up on the topic, as you can see in the first video below.
The conversation centered on how rude it was for people to keep asking women about their plans to have a baby, especially when they knew nothing of their medical history and possible fertility problems.
Chrissy, for one, said she and husband John Legend have been trying for a baby for some time, and it pained her to have to answer the same question over and over again: when would they have a baby?
Tyra chimed in to say she understood how that felt, because she too had been through some traumatic stuff. Earlier this week, as the second video embedded below will show, she told People magazine that she and boyfriend Erik Asla have tried everything to get pregnant, including IVF.
As Tyra puts it, we should stop being so judgmental to others and never assume that a woman without a child is so by choice.
