The closer we get to the February 1 Unpacked event, the more information emerges on the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

And this time, the details that got leaked concern the storage and RAM versions that Samsung plans to offer across the lineup.

First and foremost, worth knowing is that the base model will come with 8GB of RAM, while the lowest storage option will include 128GB.

Samsung Galaxy S23 will therefore be available in two different configurations: either with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage – this is going to be the cheapest Galaxy S23 – or with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage.

The upgraded Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus will also be offered in two different configurations, but this time, customers will benefit from upgraded storage options. The base version will be fitted with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the more expensive model will offer 8GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Now let’s look at the almighty Galaxy S23 Ultra.

As the top version in the lineup, the Ultra will be the only model to come with 12GB of RAM. However, the base version will be equipped with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while international buyers will also be allowed to get the upgraded 12GB version, also fitted with 512GB storage. As it turns out, Samsung wants to also offer a 12GB RAM version paired with 1TB storage, but this time, the device will only be available from the Samsung Store.

This means retailers won’t have this particular configuration, and needless to say, the supplies will be quite limited, so this top-of-the-range configuration is likely to become quite a rare thing. For the time being, however, everything is in the rumor stage, so a healthy pinch of salt is still recommended, at least until more sources leak the same tidbits.
