New information emerges on the Note20 prices

The Galaxy Note20 is Samsung’s next big release, and without a doubt, the South Korean company is betting big on this product, especially as it’s the flagship that continues the high-end push started by the Galaxy S20.

In other words, everything about the Note20 just needs to go exactly according to the plan, especially now that the Galaxy S20 itself is believed to have been a rather disappointing device when it comes to sales.

Truth be told, the S20 launched at the worst possible time, as the global health issue happened shortly after the device was officially announced. So without people being able to try out the Galaxy S20 on their own, sales of this device relied mostly on online orders.

The Note20, on the other hand, may not have to struggle with this problem, despite the health problem still remaining an important concern worldwide. And yet, Samsung still needs to try to get everything right, including the price of the Note20.

Expected prices

According to new information published by leakster Ice Universe, the Galaxy Note20 is likely to begin at $999 for the base model, while the Galaxy Note20 Ultra would come with a $1,299 starting price tag.

While at first glance this could appear to be a rather expensive device, it’s priced similarly to the iPhone 11 Pro Max, which is often considered its biggest rival despite not having a stylus.

The Note20 itself is expected to come with massive upgrades under the hood, including a 120Hz display and a Snapdragon 865 processor – in some markets, the device is likely to be offered with the Exynos 992. In terms of storage, there’s a chance the top Note would come with 512GB, while the memory is likely to receive an upgrade too to 16GB on the high-end configurations.
