Months like February 2022 rarely happen in the gaming industry. The stars have to align perfectly in such a way that will make at least three of the most anticipated games in the last couple of years to come out in the same month.

Regardless of your game genre tastes, this month will 100% have something that you’ll like. Dying Light 2, Lost Ark, Sifu, Total War: Warhammer 3, Horizon: Forbidden West, Elden Ring, and GRID Legends are just some of the highly-anticipated titles scheduled for release in February. Without further ado, let’s see the calendar for next month’s game releases.

Next month debuts with Life is Strange Remastered Collection (PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, Stadia) set for release tomorrow, February 1. The bundle was supposed to be released last year, but it was delayed for obvious reasons (COVID 19).

The first major release scheduled for next month is Dying Light 2, which is coming out on PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on February 4. Techland’s game will be followed several days later by Sifu, which is set to arrive on PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on February 8.

On the same day, we have another interesting release for skateboarding fans: OlliOlli World (PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.

Diplomacy is Not an Option is a Steam Early Access release that was delayed to February 9. Then, we have CrossfireX coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts 3 + Re:mind landing on Nintendo Switch (Cloud), Edge of Eternity (PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S), and Grapple Dog (PC and Nintendo Switch) all releasing on February 10.

Another important release set for February 11 is Lost Ark (PC), which will arrive alongside two other indie games: Not Tonight 2 (PC) and Die After Sunset (Steam Early Access for PC). Speaking of indie games, Infernax, Devolver’s old-school adventure platformer upcoming title with puzzle elements is set to arrive on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch on February 14.

After a successful launch in Japan last year, musou fans will be pleased to know that Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires is taking on Western markets on February 15. The game will be released for PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.

Fighting games veterans will be able to pick up The King of Fighters 15 (PC, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox Series X/S) on February 17, while strategy fans can get Total War: Warhammer 3 on the same day. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection is coming to Nintendo Switch on February 17, followed by Horizon: Forbidden West (PlayStation 4/5) on February 18, and Destiny 2: The Witch Queen (PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S) on February 22.

After a few months spent in Early Access, Martha is Dead releases on PC, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox Series X/S on February 24. JRPG fans, and Atelier lovers in particular, will be thrilled to know that KOEI Tecmo and Gust are brining Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream to PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on February 25.

February 2022 ends with a bang, as two major titles of very different genres are set for release in the last week of the month. The highly-anticipated Elden Ring is coming to PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on February 25, the same day that GRID Legends drops on the same gaming platforms.
