Video game developer Massive is ready to show off the full patch notes for the coming The Incursion update for The Division, set to arrive on all platforms on April 12, being the first of two content drops that will be offered for free to all players of the multiplayer shooter.

All those interested to see the changes that are made to the title can click on the button at the end of the article to take a look at the list and get a better understanding of how the developers are seeking to tweak the core mechanics and which bugs are being eliminated.

The Division is getting a new range of both level 32 and 31 blueprints, and gamers will be able to create more items because the tech requirements will be eliminated from some lower ranked ones.

The Incursion update is also set to add the new Falcon Lost mission to the game, allowing those players who have the right equipment level to get through a series of tough battles and secure some solid rewards.

This first Incursion will be the first new end-game activity added to The Division, and yet another one is expected to arrive in May.

Assignments are also detailed in the attached video, with gamers able to take part in both daily and weekly versions in order to secure some substantial rewards.

Incursion will also introduce a range of new equipment for gamers to use, and they will also have the option to trade items as long as they are in a group.

The Division is getting tough on cheaters

Ubisoft is also trying to make sure that cheating is not a long-term problem for the shooter by allowing gamers to report those who might no longer play by the rules, with a report that's acknowledged leading to a three-day suspension.

All offenders will get a second chance, and those who break the rules once again being banned from playing The Division from then on.

May will mark the delivery of another major update for the shooter, yet again for free, and starting June, Ubisoft will be launching paid downloadable content packs for it, with Underground set to open up a new area to explore and a powerful new faction to fight against.

The Division is the biggest new intellectual property launch from the publisher, and this means the shooter will get long-term support both in the form of patches and new content.
