The latest update to the Windows Phone application has just been announced by developers as a crucial one. Although the official changelog doesn't contain too many new features, those that have been added are major ones.
For example, developers confirmed the new version of Telegram for Windows Phone should feature GIF support, so users will be able to play with the new feature within the application.
