Great news for Overwatch fans and lovers of team brawlers in general, as Ninja Theory recently announced their upcoming game, Bleeding Edge will release on March 24, 2020. The game will be available on Xbox One and PC via Xbox Game Pass, but players can also buy it on Steam for $30 / €30 / £25.

Along with the release date, developer Ninja Theory also revealed the pre-order bonuses for Bleeding Edge. The so-called Punk Pack bonus content will be available when the game launches on March 24 and contains the following: three fighter skins (Butterpunk Buttercup, Punk Rock Nidhoggr, Outrider Zero Cool), Rioter's Hoverboard, Make Your Mark in-game sticker pack, and three fighter taunts.

The Punk Pack bonus content will be available to all players who pre-order the game and Xbox Game Pass members who play Bleeding Edge between March 24 and March 31, 2020.

Bleeding Edge is a 4v4 team brawler that mixes combo mechanics with dynamic third-person action. 12 characters have been revealed until now and each can be customized with hundreds of cybernetic mods to fully tailor specific builds to suit your personal play style.

All cybernetic mods are earnable through gameplay, but customization options go beyond just hardware. Each fighter's hoverboard can be personalized with blazing trails, unique stickers, and slick paint jobs to give them a unique feel when you drop into the arena.

In Bleeding Edge, players can use the environment to their advantage with deadly arena hazards, another interesting gameplay mechanic that needs to be taken into consideration.

Those who would like to try out the game before they place a pre-order will be able to do so in just a few months from now. Ninja Theory announced that two Bleeding Edge closed betas will be available on February 14 and March 13. They will be available for free to all those who pre-order the game or via Xbox Game Pass.
