Solo developer GFX47 has just revealed the latest project coming to PC later this year: No Plan B. A tactics game in the same vein as Door Kickers, No Plan B will be launch on Steam Early Access sometime in Q4 2021.

However, players who want to get a taste of the game can try out the free Prologue that's not available on Steam. This free demo offers access to 3 different skirmish maps and 3 procedurally-generated challenge missions.

As the developer describes the game, in No Plan B, every choice made, however small, may decide the fate of the entire team. So, before you assemble your squad, gear them up and work out the perfect plan using the innovative timeline system, players must carefully study the 3D map.

It's also important to mention that No Plan B will offer FTL-like campaigns, standalone missions, procedurally-generated challenges, and community-made maps, all with randomized enemies placement and behavior.

After you've studied the map, you'll be able to pick your squad's entry points and gear them up with the arsenal at your disposal. The game features a wide range of firearms, armor, and grenades, each perfectly fit for different scenarios. What's interesting about the game is that the arsenal doesn't replenish between missions, so you must be very careful how you gear up your squad for each mission.

Once everything is ready and you believe that you can succeed, you can start executing actions by pressing the play button. In No Plan B, you can play different factions with different objectives, rescue hostages, or prep for a bank heist.

More importantly, GFX47 says the game offers infinite replayability, as players can create their own maps and missions using the built-in mission generator, and play new challenges created by the community.

Players interested can wishlist No Plan B on Steam or download the free demo to get a taste of what's coming later this year.
