It only requires paying $15 per month for 18 months

US carrier T-Mobile has just done the unthinkable and announced a deal for Apple fans that can't be refused. Each customer who buys the iPhone 6 for $0 upfront and $15 per month for a 18 month period will be eligible for a free upgrade to the next iPhone later this year.

According to T-Mobile, beginning today and through September 8, customers that upgrade to iPhone 6 with JUMP! On Demand at any T-Mobile retail location are eligible for this offer.

Keep in mind, though, that you will have to trade in a smartphone for this offer. What's more, you also have the option to choose iPhone6+ for $0 down and just $19 per month for 18 months.

Once you do that, you can go to any T-Mobile retail location and upgrade to the next iPhone launched by Apple later this year for free. The only thing you are required to do is continue to make your monthly payments as usual.

Those who sign up for this offer should know that they can only upgrade to the next iPhone until December 31, 2015, which means there's plenty of time.

Those who already own an iPhone 6 automatically qualify for this deal

But there's more to T-Mobile's new deal, as the carrier has a nice surprise for those who already own an iPhone 6. Here is John Legere's statement regarding iPhone 6 owners:

“And, because the Un-carrier always puts our current customers first, everyone who already got an iPhone 6 for $15 per month automatically gets this deal. You don’t have to do a thing, except come get your new one whenever you want later this year.”

The deal lasts through Labor Day in participating T-Mobile stores across the country. On top of that, T-Mobile's CEO promises that those who get a new iPhone 6 with JUMP! On Demand will get exclusive priority access to the next iPhone.

This means that after Apple releases the next iPhone, those eligible for upgrade will be first in line. When they order their upgrade during the first 48 hours of availability, T-Mobile will offer them order priority and ship their units first, along with the others who qualify for priority access.
