14 DAY TRIAL // T-Mobile has just revealed that LG’s latest premium smartphone, the G6, will be made available to customers starting April 7. AT&T also revealed pricing information and plans that would be associated with the new phone.
T-Mobile has stated that the LG G6 will be made available on the T-Mobile ONE plan, with monthly taxes and fees included. Roaming would be available in Mexico and Canada, while data and texting in more than 140 countries and destinations. T-Mobile also says that the plan is available on the fastest and most advanced 4G LTE network in the US.
The G6 will be available online and at participating T-Mobile stores across the country for $26 down and just $26 per month over 24 months. This would result in a retail price of $650, for those who wish to pay for the phone in full.
Google Home offered for free at T-Mobile
Customers who order the LG G6 from T-Mobile before April 30 will also receive a Google Home device for free, valued at $129. Google Home is the voice-activated speaker from Google, which also comes with the company’s AI virtual assistant.
A similar offer is available at AT&T, pre-orders for the G6 will start tomorrow. Customers would get another G6 free after credits over 30 months when they add another line on AT&T Next, a Google Home if the purchase is made before April 30 and an LG Watch Sport for only $49.99 on a 2-year agreement.
The phone would arrive in stores on April 7 and will be made available for $24.00 for 30 months on AT&T Next program or $30.00 for 24 months on AT&T Next Every Year. The outright price of the phone would reach $720.
Google Home is meant to sweeten the deal for US customers, considering that Samsung’s newest flagship, the Galaxy S8, might be released on April 28 in the country.
Pre-orders for the G6 will go live at Verizon starting March 17 and the phone will carry a price tag of $672. The pre-order period will end April 6 and the phone should start hitting Verizon shelves the next day.
