Zumba Burn it Up! is fully supported on Nintendo Switch in docked and tabletop mode, while Switch Lite owners will be able to enjoy Zumba Burn it Up! in tabletop mode by using detached Joy-Con controllers, sold separately.
As some of you might have already guessed, this isn't really a game, but more of a Zumba simulator. Zumba Burn it Up! is aimed at dance enthusiasts of all ages and levels who wish to join the fitness fun with high-energy choreography to over 30 hip-shaking jams, including chart-topping hits from Cardi B, Bad Bunny & J Balvin, Ciara, Steve Aoki, Daddy Yankee, Play-N-Skillz & Elvis Crespo, Bomba Estéreo and DJ Ricky Luna ft. Nando Boom & Hisatomi and accompanied by a catalog of Zumba originals.
Using the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controllers to track movement, Zumba Burn it Up! encourages players to ‘be a little extra’ no matter where they are. Dancers will follow real-life superstar Zumba instructors on-screen across three exhilarating game modes: ‘Single Song,’ ‘Full Class’ (offered in short, medium and long sessions) and ‘Fitness Party’, accommodating up to 4 dancers in Single Song and Full Class.
Developed by Kuju Games, the same studio that created Guitar Hero Live, Zumba Burn it Up! offers a wide range of features including over 30 songs, the option to choose your dance style, superstar instructors, stunning live-action visuals, a multiplayer mode for up to 4 players, and real fitness results.
Just so you know, if you live in Europe, Zumba Burn it Up! will be launched three days later, on November 22, but that shouldn't be such a major issue if you plan to buy the game.
