Subway Surfers developers have just released the usual monthly content update for their game, which will also coincide with the Halloween.

No content updates will be available for Subway Surfers until after Halloween and what better chance to celebrate it than with a world tour to … Transylvania.

Transylvania, the land of Dracula as many know it, is the main theme for the latest Subway Surfers update that has just been released on all three major platforms: Android, iOS and Windows Phone.

So, Subways Surfers players will now have the chance to virtually travel to Transylvania and celebrate Halloween with Mike, the charming werewolf surfer.

Mike is a new character that has been included in this update, so you will be able to unlock it and add it to your collection.

A new character and surf board have been added

The same goes with the new “spooktacular” Phantom board, which Subway Surfers will now be able to unlock and use it to surf.

Also, make sure to complete the Weekly Hunts in one run in order to get the new Awards added in the latest update. You will be hunting ghosts on the tracks and earn various prizes.

If you don't have the game yet, you can now download Subway Surfers for Android for free via Google Play Store. The title should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 2.3.3 and up.

For iOS users, the game is available for download for free via App Store. It should work smoothly on devices running iOS 6.0 or later.

Last but not least, you can also download Subway Surfers for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. The game has been confirmed to support all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.

Keep in mind that, while the title is available for free, it comes with in-app purchases, so if you don't want to spend real money, you can disable this feature.
