Previously launched on PlayStation 4 in Japan, the remastered versions Yakuza 3, 4 and 5 will available in the West starting this week, SEGA announced. All three games are part of The Yakuza Remastered Collection, which can be bought right now on the PlayStation Store.

The first game in the bundle, Yakuza 3 Remastered is available right now, while the other two, Yakuza 4 and 5 Remastered will release on October 29, 2019, and February 11, 2020, respectively. The digital bundle is available for pre-order right now on the PlayStation Store for $60, but a very limited physical version will be available on February 11, 2020, for the same price.

The Yakuza Remastered Collection: Day One Edition contains two discs, a red collectible case emblazoned with Kiryu's dragon tattoo and a PlayStation 3-style case for Yakuza 5 (doesn't include a PS3 disc).

The remastered versions of Yakuza 3, 4 and 5 upgrades the visuals and performance of the original games from 720p to 1080p resolution and 30fps to 60fps. Also, SEGA says that all three games have gone through a rigorous re-localization process, which means the English scripts for each game has been reviewed, revised, and rewritten in some cases.

Also, content previously cut from the Western releases of Yakuza 3, 4, and 5 have been re-added in The Yakuza Remastered Collection. This content includes Mahjong, Shogi, Massage Parlor, and Cabaret mini-games, and a collection of substories cut from the original release.

On top of that, several quality-of-like changes have been added for each of the games included in the bundle, such as Substory tracker on the map and the ability to toggle between English and Japanese written lyrics during Karaoke.

With the release of The Yakuza Remastered Collection, players all over the world can finally experience the full story of The Dragon of Dojima on a single platform, as all Yakuza games have been brought to the PlayStation 4.
