Samsung started the rollout of Android 11 earlier this month for the first wave of devices, and now it looks like the company has decided to push the One UI 3.0 update to more models.

More surprisingly, however, is that one of these new smartphones getting the Android 11 update is none other than the Galaxy S20 FE, the device that was originally scheduled to receive the new OS version in January 2021.

So Samsung has pushed the go-ahead button approximately one month earlier, and according to a report, the update lands as version G780FXXU1BTL1.

For the time being, however, Samsung is yet to officially announce the One UI 3.0 update for the Galaxy S20 FE, but users in Russia can already download it from the update section on their devices.

In the meantime, Samsung is hard at work on updating all its flagships with the new OS version, as both the Galaxy S and the Note series are supposed to receive One UI 3.0 in December and January.

In fact, January itself is a big month for Samsung, as the South Korean company is also introducing the Galaxy S21. According to people familiar with Samsung’s plans, the unveiling should take place in mid-January, while the actual sales would kick off later the same month.

Needless to say, the Galaxy S21 would ship with One UI 3.0 pre-loaded.

The Galaxy S21 lineup will include three different models, out of which the Ultra will come with S Pen support, though the stylus wouldn’t be included in the box. This is because Samsung wants to kill off the entire Note series, and to do this, it first needs to make sure the pen works as expected on the Galaxy S lineup. The last Note is expected to launch next year.
