As you probably know by now, a month ago, Samsung introduced the Samsung Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ phablets during a big media event hosted in New York. Since then, the Korean tech giant has made the devices available for purchase in several regions around the world.

But if you’re still mulling over whether you should be purchasing one of Samsung’s new and highly premium handsets, the Korean company is taking the opportunity to provide another temptation in the form of so-called “Galaxy Gifts.”

Galaxy Gifts are essentially a pack of perks you will receive once you purchase either one of these devices. Basically, you’ll be getting a bunch of free apps, service subscriptions, and such. No actual physical stuff involved.

So after you buy either the Galaxy Note5 or the Galaxy S6 edge+, you’ll need to download Samsung’s Galaxy Gifts app on your phablet. Two apps, ArtRage or SketchBook, are offered exclusively to Galaxy for Note5 owners, but the rest of the apps are available on both models.

Samsung is giving away the Driver Speedboat Paradise game for free and will deliver an exclusive in-game gift for players of Empire: Four Kingdoms. On top of that, you also get an extra 100GB of OneDrive storage for two years and an ad-free six-month subscription for the Guardian.

Samsung is wooing customers in as best as it can

One free book for Kindle for Samsung is also part of the bundle. What’s more, those who love to travel will be happy to find out that they will be getting 15% off (up to $100 / €78) for the next booking tour via TripAdvisor.

If you would like to check out the full list of goodies you’ll receive upon purchasing the Galaxy Note5 or Galaxy S6 edge+, we suggest you visit Samsung’s official website.

Granted, the two phablets aren’t cheap and you’ll really have to dig deep in your pockets, especially if you want the more advanced versions (with 64GB of built-in memory), but being offered all these freebies surely doesn’t sound bad at all.

It remains to be seen how many customers Samsung’s Galaxy Gifts will end up persuading.
