Keep in mind the video doesn't come from an official source

We're less than two months away from Samsung's big reveal, and details about the company's flagship smartphones continue to emerge online.

Earlier today, we reported about the possible specs of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, which include microSD card slot and larger batteries than its predecessors.

The folks over uSwitch and @OnLeaks have teamed up to offer Samsung fans and those interested in the latest tech news a glimpse at what's to come regarding Galaxy S7's design.

Keep in mind, though, that this video does not come from an official source; instead, the images shown in the video are based on the latest case renders and information about the Galaxy S7 that leaked in the last couple of weeks.

The most important aspect is the lack of microSD card tray, which seems to have been missed in the video. However, according to the latest hearsay, both Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge come with microSD card support, up to 200GB.

No USB Type-C port, thicker body

Another piece of information that might disappoint Samsung fans is the fact that Galaxy S7 lacks USB Type-C port. But the rumor mill doesn't say anything about the USB port inside Samsung's flagship smartphones, so we can still hope the South Korean company will include the fastest technology.

Regarding design, the Galaxy S7 will be slightly thicker than its predecessor to make the camera protrude less from the smartphone's body, and to accommodate a larger 3,000 mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy S7 is said to measure 142.5 x 69.5 x 7.9mm and is likely to pack a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display that supports Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.

The fiercest debate on Galaxy S7's specs sheet regards the main camera. Multiple sources claim Samsung will use a smaller 12-megapixel module camera with a different sensor.

Naturally, that doesn't appear in the video since no picture of the actual camera leaked yet, and the information is still unconfirmed.

The bottom line is Samsung Galaxy S7 will look very much like the Galaxy S7 design-wise, but it will be thicker and heavier due to the larger battery.
