Since we already know Samsung will only launch two Galaxy S7 models next month, it's time to talk a little bit about pricing.

It's common knowledge that Samsung prices its curved smartphones slightly higher than those that pack flat screens, so the same goes for S7 Edge.

According to a new report coming from SamMobile, Samsung Galaxy S7 will be available in both 32GB and 64GB versions, and the same applies to Galaxy S7 Edge. That's something that we have already reported on earlier today, so this isn't something new.

However, SamMobile claims a source inside the supply chain that offered reliable information in the past has given them some details on the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge pricing.

It appears that Galaxy S7 32GB will cost €700 while the 64GB will be available on the market for €770 or €780 outright.

The most expensive of the two, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 32GB should be priced at €800. The 64GB version will be €70 or €80 higher than the base model.

Both smartphones will go on sale in February

Another interesting piece of information revealed by the same source would be the fact that both Galaxy S7 flagship smartphones will be announced on February 20 and will go on sale during the same month.

However, we doubt that both will be launched worldwide in February, so we expect Samsung to soft launch the Galaxy S7 in a few countries next month. A global rollout might begin in March / April, as Samsung ramps up production of its flagship smartphones.

In the same piece of news, it's worth mentioning that the tipster also confirmed the screen size of both smartphones and the fact that they will come with microSD card slot.

So, while Galaxy S7 will pack a 5.1-inch display, the S7 Edge will come with a larger 5.5-inch screen that puts it in the phablet category. Naturally, both screens support Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution.
