Samsung has already confirmed its Unpacked event for August 13, when the South Korean company is likely to unveil its next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Note 5.

Along with the new Galaxy Note phablet, Samsung is also said to launch an enhanced version of its Galaxy edge smartphone on the same date.

The Samsung Galaxy edge+ will be unveiled on August 13 along with Galaxy Note 5, but it won't be available for pre-order for another week or so.

The folks over at GalaxyClub report that Samsung France has just spilled the beans on Galaxy S6 edge+'s pre-order period, as well as some details on the offerings that come with each pre-order.

It looks like Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ will be available for pre-order in France beginning August 21 and is likely to go on sale beginning September 3.

Customers that pre-order the smartphone will also receive a Level On Bluetooth headset for free, but also a 3-month streaming music subscription.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 might not be available in Europe this month

Unfortunately, Samsung France does not mention the Galaxy Note 5, which kind of falls in line with the latest rumors claiming the phablet might not be available worldwide this month.

According to the latest hearsay, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will only be available in North America and Asia at launch, while the rest of the world will get it a few weeks later.

Samsung France did not reveal anything about the Galaxy S6 edge+'s price tag, but we expect the smartphone to be available for the same amount as the regular version at launch.

The South Korean company recently dropped the prices for Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge, which makes us believe the enhanced version of the latter will be available for around €800 ($885) outright in Europe. But we will know more in just a few days, so stay tuned for more on this one.
