Samsung has just announced that the Galaxy S20 FE would get a 256GB version, with sales to start on November 6 on Samsung.com, at carriers and online retailers.

The rest of the specs on the Galaxy S20 FE remain the same as on the standard version.

Pricing for the new model starts at $769.99, while those who will trade in another device can get up to $450 towards the purchase of the device, which means the Galaxy S20 FE will be available for just $319.99.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition was announced in October as a more affordable version of the standard Galaxy S20, and it is available today from $699, with the color lineup including six options, namely Cloud Red, Cloud Orange, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy and Cloud White.

“We rely on our smartphones to get through the day, which is why Galaxy S20 FE is engineered with premium innovations. Enjoy a smooth and fast experience with the same flagship-level processor that powers the rest of the Galaxy S20 series as well as 5G connectivity. The super smooth 120Hz refresh rate on the Galaxy S20 FE’s 6.5-inch Infinity-O Super AMOLED display is perfect for enjoying videos or fluidly scrolling through social media feeds,” Samsung explained.

The Galaxy S21

In the meantime, Samsung is also working around the clock to finalize the all-new Galaxy S21, which according to people familiar with the matter should go live in January. Sales are projected to begin later the same month, as Samsung wants to bring the device to the market earlier than usual.

If everything goes according to the plan, the production of the Galaxy S21 is likely to kick off in December, so expect more information about the next model to surface in the coming weeks as we advanced towards this milestone.
