14 DAY TRIAL // Samsung is just three weeks away from unveiling its latest flagship smartphone, and it seems that information on the device continues to leak on a daily basis. Just yesterday, we reported that a real-life image of the handset leaked, and today, a new batch of pictures have made their way to the Internet.
The Galaxy Note 7 was spotted in real-life images, which showed off its dual-edge curved display, as well as its front panel. Sadly, the new batch of pictures don't depict the back of the phone, leaving us to wonder whether Samsung's Note 7 will actually feature a dual-camera setup.
The upcoming Galaxy Note 7 pictured in the images seems to have a 5.7-inch display, in line with previous rumors, although some said that it could even sport a 5.8-inch screen. In addition, the photos reveal new modules at the top of the front panel, one of which is expected to be the iris scanner.
In fact, one of the smartphone's selling points will be the highly anticipated iris scanner, aside from the 6GB of RAM. The images leaked by Steve Hemmerstoffer are mere prototypes, but considering that the unveil date is about three weeks away, it's unlikely that Samsung will make any design changes.
Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 could cost €849
These aren't the first images of the Note 7 to surface online, since last week, a batch of press renders made their way to the Internet, revealing the front and back panel of the phone, together with some color variants.
Qualcomm has just released the new Snapdragon 821, and it's highly likely that the new processor will be featured on Samsung's Note 7. In addition, the handset is expected to sport a redesigned S Pen stylus and a new version of TouchUI the GraceUX. Word is that the smartphone could cost €849, making it the most expensive Note to date.
