During its Unpacked event, Samsung unveiled the high-end Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ smartphones, but shared few details on pricing options.

Samsung announced that both smartphones would be available for pre-order this month and would go on sale in later August.

However, the Galaxy Note 5 will only be available in the United States and Asian countries, so Europeans will have to wait for the phablet at least until next year.

Anyway, customers in the United States will be pleased to know that at least one carrier revealed the pricing options for both Samsung smartphones.

According to Verizon Wireless, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will be available for $696 outright for the 32GB model, or $792 for the 64GB variant.

Also, the carrier confirmed that customers can also get the phablet for $29 per month for 24 months, for the 32GB version, or $33 per month for 24 months, for the 64GB variant.

Those interested in getting the Galaxy S6 edge+ should know that Verizon will sell the 32GB model for $768 outright or $32 per month for 24 months, while the 64GB version will sell for $864 off contract or $36 per month for 24 months.

No 128GB models for either of the two smartphones

It's also worth mentioning that Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ will be available in Black Sapphire (32GB & 64GB) and Gold Platinum (32GB) color models.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 5 will be available in Black Sapphire (32GB & 64GB) and Pearl White (32GB).

There will be no 128GB models for Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+, which is important since neither of the two comes with microSD card slot.

As some of you might already know, Verizon will open pre-orders for both Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ smartphones later today. They should be available for pick up starting next week.
