New details have emerged on the storage options of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G projected to be unveiled in early August.

Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 10 lineup will include two different models, namely a standard Galaxy Note 10 and a larger Galaxy Note 10+ with a 6.7-inch display.

People familiar with the matter said earlier this year that Samsung wanted to release 5G versions of both, as the company is pushing hard for this technology across its lineup.

But according to a new report from SamMobile, only the Galaxy Note 10+ will come with a 5G version, and it will be offered with a total of three different storage options.

Top version to boast 1 TB of storage

The top-of-the-range Samsung Galaxy Note 10 5G will boast 1 TB of storage, while the more affordable versions will feature 512 GB and 256 GB.

On the other hand, those planning to buy the best of the best should only look for the 1 TB configuration, as this one will feature 12 GB of RAM (versus 8 GB on the others), as well as a more exquisite ceramic back a la Samsung Galaxy S10.

One detail that is yet to be figured out is the availability of a microSD card slot. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G doesn’t feature such a connectivity option, and if the same approach is used for the Galaxy Note 10 5G, there’s a chance that the 1 TB version of the device could be the only way to go for a significant number of users who don’t want to worry about storage.

Pricing details aren’t available right now, but you shouldn’t expect the Galaxy Note 10 5G to come cheap. The standard models will be priced from 999 euros in Europe, so I estimate that the 5G model could be priced in the 1,500 euros region for the top configuration.
