The Galaxy C5 Pro is one of those smartphones that we've written quite a lot about, even though it hasn't been officially introduced. Samsung was expected to unveil the Galaxy C5 Pro earlier this week, but the smartphone is still MIA.

Since we already know just about all there is to know about the Galaxy C5 Pro, let's take a closer look at other aspects of the phone that we haven't talked about until now.

First and foremost, the Galaxy C5 Pro will surely be launched in China, but we're hoping Samsung will introduce the smartphone in other countries as well. A video showing the phone's main features leaked online last month, and reiterated the idea that the Galaxy C5 Pro was aimed at the Chinese market.

Today, a new picture of the upcoming smartphone surfaced on Weibo (via Techiestate). The image shows the handset will be available in three different colors: Champagne Gold, Rose Gold and Blue. White and Black versions of the Galaxy C5 Pro could be available too, but they aren't shown in the live picture.

Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro already made its way to TENAA, FCC and WiFi Alliance regulatory commissions, so the next logical step would be for the South Korean company to make it available on the market.

Although tagged as a mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy C5 Pro packs quite a punch. The device is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, either 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory (expandable up to 256GB via microSD card).

Reports about the phone's display are a bit confusing, so it's unclear whether the Galaxy C5 Pro will include a 5.2-inch or 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) screen.

One of its selling points, the 16-megapixel rear-facing camera features LED flash and autofocus, while the front-facing 16-megapixel camera should allow users to take state-of-the-art selfies.

Previous rumors claimed the smartphone would run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, but we believe Samsung delayed the release of the Galaxy C5 Pro to include Android 7.0 Nougat at launch.
