Rumors about the upcoming Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 Pro have been circulating online for some time now, and partial specs for the new phones were revealed in the process. Moreover, the devices have even been spotted on benchmarking sites.

Just a few hours ago, we reported that the Galaxy C5 Pro was spotted on GFXBench and some of the phone’s specs were revealed. It appears that the phone has leaked in a live, but really blurry image. The picture was posted by Twitter user @mmddj_china and supported by @slashleaks, known for leaking all sorts of information about upcoming phones.

The leaked picture doesn’t reveal much about the new smartphone, but it does show the Samsung branding on top and the physical home button at the bottom. Aside from this, the Galaxy C5 Pro appears to have very thin bezels and a quite appealing blue color for the front panel. The phone is said to come in gold and pink variants as well.

The Galaxy C5 Pro and C7 Pro will be announced on January 21

The picture makes it difficult to distinguish other details about the upcoming phone, especially since part of its display has been blurred out. Unfortunately, there’s no image of the back of the phone or the side where some of its ports reside.

Nonetheless, previous leaks pointed to a 5.2 or 5.5-inch 1080p display and a 3,000mAh battery. The smartphone is said to run a Snapdragon 626 chipset, coupled with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage and a 16MP camera on the back, together with a similar sensor in the front. It is said to run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Pricing for the phone was revealed to be $346 or €329.

The Galaxy C7 Pro is said to have a 5.7-inch 1080p screen, 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal memory. The phone’s battery would be larger at 3,300mAh, which is why the device’s price tag will be higher than that of the C5 Pro, at $404 or €383. The two phones will be launched in China first, and it remains to be seen if they’ll be made available in other countries too.
