Samsung's stylish A series is about to get bigger with two new smartphones that are said to be the sequels of Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5.

Both Galaxy A smartphones mentioned earlier were launched on the market about a year ago, so now it would be a good time for Samsung to refresh the series with new handsets.

Unfortunately, not much is known about the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 sequels, which were recently spotted at Zauba, the Indian import/export site.

According to a new report, the unannounced smartphones are codenamed SM-A310F and SM-510F, which is why we believe they might be sequels to the Galaxy A3 (SM-A300) and Galaxy A5 (SM-A500).

The only information we have on these Samsung Galaxy smartphones that have yet to be revealed is the size of their displays.

Lollipop or Marshmallow?

Many of you probably know that Galaxy A3 sports a 4.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, but its sequel will improve on that since it will come with a slightly larger 4.75-inch display.

Although there's no mention at Zauba about the resolution, there's a high chance that SM-A310F's display will feature HD (720p) resolution.

On the other hand, Samsung SM-A510F will pack a 5.2-inch display, which makes it slightly bigger than Galaxy A5's 5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution.

It's also worth mentioning that both Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 handsets will have dual-SIM versions as well and will be launched in India and other emerging markets.

Speaking of which, the new Samsung smartphones might be announced later this month since the Galaxy A3 and A5 were unveiled exactly one year ago.

We're pretty sure that Samsung's new Galaxy A series handset will improve over its predecessors in all aspects, so those who own the Galaxy A3 or A5 will have a reason to upgrade.
