Ronda Rousey is a famous mixed martial arts fighter and actress, and she’s as dangerous in the ring as she’s awesome as a celebrity. Last night at the ESPYS 2015, she didn’t miss the chance to take a jab at Floyd Mayweather, the boxing champ with a colorful track record of domestic abuse.

And she did it in front of the camera, no less, as the video below will confirm.

On the red carpet at the gala, which aired live on ABC, Ronda was presented with the Best Fighter Award. To receive it, she had to beat stiff competition from the likes of Mayweather, but it was his history of domestic abuse that she took issue with.

“I wonder how Floyd feels being beaten by a woman for once,” she said with a smile, before adding a professional diss as well. “Maybe now he won’t be able to say he doesn’t know who I am.”

The Internet went wild at this deceivingly simple remark, praising her for calling Mayweather out on his past as a domestic abuser, as well as for his reluctance to acknowledge her professional achievements.

Rousey has a strong following online, made stronger through her decision to transition to movies. So far, she’s landed appearances in “The Expendables 3,” “Furious 7” and “Entourage,” and that’s probably only the beginning of the journey for her.
