14 DAY TRIAL // AT&T is the only U.S. carrier that will offer the Razer Phone 2 gaming-focused smartphone on Friday, November 16, with a $26.67 a month over 30 months plan.
The Razer Phone 2 will also be available for its full $799 MSRP from its manufacturer's website at Razer.com.
AT&T will also sell the Razer Phone 2 through its Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco locations, as well as their new Seattle-based lounge concept.
A Qualcomm 2.803 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM and a Qualcomm Adreno 630 graphics processing unit (GPU) power the Razer Phone 2, providing enough computing and graphics power to allow users to play any mobile game available on the Android platform.
Furthermore, according to Razer, the smartphone's "performance is further enhanced by the Razer vapor chamber cooling system that provides for industry-leading thermal cooling."
Razer Phone 2 features a 5.72-inch IGZO LCD QHD 120Hz UltraMotion display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and 16 million colors, as well as Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and Anti-Fingerprint protection.
Dolby Surround 5.1 and HDR video certified
The phone also bundles dual 12 MP rear cameras with Sony IMX sensors and Optical Image Stabilization, featuring f1.75 Wide and f2.6 Telephoto lenses, combined with a front-facing 8 MP camera with an f2.0 aperture.
Razer Phone 2 users will also be able to take advantage of the smartphone's dual front-facing stereo speakers with a 24-bit USB-C DAC and support for Dolby Atmos tech.
Moreover, the IP67 rated Razer Phone 2 also comes with a 4,000 mAh Li-Po battery and wireless fast charging via the built-in Qualcomm QuickCharge 4.0+ technology.
The Razer Phone 2 will be available in Mirror Black and Satin Black finish, and according to Razer, it is the only smartphone currently "certified by Netflix for HDR (high dynamic range) video content and Dolby Surround 5.1 audio content."
