Razer continues to push out gaming accessories like there's no tomorrow. In a world were people would change keyboards and mice at least once a year that would make perfect sense. However, most of us are only changing their gaming accessories if the older ones break, or we really want to upgrade to a newer product because of the new features and/or improvements it brings.

The Ornata V2 is a Razer brand-new keyboard that brings a handful of improvements over the original model. First off, there are now dedicated media controls such as an infinite scroll wheel and three media keys.

The new keyboard promises to offer “the best in gaming and media” combined in a single body. This is a so-called hybrid keyboard that should cater to two different audiences – media and gaming, hence the addition of the extra keys.

Speaking of extra keys, the Ornata V2 comes with track skip, play and pause, as well as volume control, all arranged in one area and programmable via Razer Synapse 3, the app all-in-one app for Razer accessories.

Furthermore, the Razer Ornata V2 promises to let gamers tackle long gaming sessions much easier with the addition of a plus, leatherette wrist wrest, which is connected to the front of the keyboard.

Obviously, the Ornata V2 looks like a Christmas tree if you want to. You just need to customize it through Razer Synapse 3 and, thanks to the Razer Chroma RGB, you'll be getting access to unique lighting effects.

Another important gimmick mentioned by Razer is that the Ornata V2 features in-game integrations with over 100 games, including Apex Legends, Fortnite, and Warframe. As far as the price goes, the new Razer Ornata V2 is now available for purchase worldwide for $100 / €110.
