As expected, Sony revealed the new PlayStation Plus games for the next month, and judging by the titles announced, this one’s a doozy. EA’s sports hit FIFA 22 is joining Sony’s PS Plus premium service several months before the next installment in the series is supposed to be debuted.

In addition to the game being available for free to PS Plus subscribers, Sony is also offering them a FUT Pack for FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, so that they can start building their new Ultimate Team. The pack includes no less than 11 players rated 82 or above to help create that dream squad in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, as well as an Icon Moments Loan Player Pick, allowing players to choose between some of the best ballers in history and add one of three to their squad for five games.

FIFA 22 will be available on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, but since the game’s versions are single entitlement, they need to be redeemed separately to add both to your game library.

The second game joining PS Plus in May is Tribes of Midgard, a rather new game that mixes survival and action-RPG elements into a colorful co-op or solo experience set within the universe of Norse mythology. In Tribes of Midgard, you take the role of an Einherjar, returned to life by Odin. Alongside up to 10 players, you’ll need to defend the Seed of Yggdrasil from evil forces set on bringing about Ragnarok.

The third and last title offered to PS Plus members is Curse of the Dead Gods, a single-player roguelike set in an accursed temple featuring an infinite labyrinth of bottomless pits, deadly traps, and monsters. You’ll have to collect mystical Relics and an arsenal of weapons to make yourself powerful enough to overcome the challenges thrown at you by the game.

All three games will be available for download starting May 3. Also, you have until May 2 to add Hood: Outlaws & Legends, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, and Slay the Spire to your game library.
