Private Division, the publisher arm of Take Two, has just announced that it has teamed up with three studios to expand its portfolio of games. Currently, Private Division publishes games like Kerbal Space Program, The Outer Worlds, Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, and Disintegration.

Starting this month, Private Division will add new titles to its portfolio from three developers: Moon Studios, League of Geeks, and Roll7. The games that these studios are working on at the moment haven't been revealed yet, but we're promised more details in the coming months.

Moon Studios is the developer behind the critically-acclaimed Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps. According to Private Division, the folks at Moon Studios are now working on a “compelling new action RPG.”

Developing the Ori series over the last decade has been a fantastic experience for our team, and we’re thrilled to now be aiming our sights even higher with a new action RPG. We attribute our success to the ‘iterative polish’ process we use at Moon Studios, and we’re continuing that style of development to create a new game that rises above anything we’ve created thus far,” said Thomas Mahler and Gennadiy Korol, co-founders of Moon Studios.

League of Geeks is known for the seminal digital board game Armello. The studio is developing a new IP in partnership with Private Division, but no details about what's about are available at the moment.

It’s equally important for us to build games with heart that can rally and foster a dedicated community of players, as it is to develop games that are critical, cultural, and commercial successes. This partnership provides the opportunity for us to grow our studio alongside our ambitions to create something beyond anything we’ve developed before,” said Blake Mizzi, co-founder and director at League of Geeks.

Last but not least, Roll7 is the studio behind the OlliOlli series, NOT A HERO, and Laser League. They are now working with publisher Private Division on one or more games that will be revealed in the future.

According to Private Division, all three titles currently in early development do not have set release dates. More importantly, the first of these games won't be out until Take Two's fiscal year 2022.
