14 DAY TRIAL // When in doubt, ditch the clothes. If this were a life motto, it would be Kim Kardashian’s: the pregnant reality star is again addressing online rumors that she’s faking her pregnancy, this time taking extreme action and posing as Mother Nature left her.
Because this is Kim Kardashian we’re talking about, it’s obviously happening on social media. Kim included with the very revealing Instagram snap a text about how all the criticism and the hate in the world could not make her feel bad about her body again, like it happened the first time around.
Rumor has it: Kim Kardashian is faking her second pregnancy
Shortly after Kim announced her second pregnancy by husband Kanye West, rumors started making the rounds that maybe she wasn’t really pregnant because she wasn’t showing it. Maybe she had hired a surrogate because she hated her first pregnancy so much, and maybe she would be wearing a prosthetic bump for months to keep it a secret from the world.
Over the weekend, Kim stepped out looking bigger than before and she then posted the photo below to her Instagram. Even if it was taken from a very flattering high angle (which it was), it still couldn’t explain the apparent absence of a baby bump.
Hence, the Internet jumped to the conclusion that she was faking it, wearing prosthetics when she went out and removing them when she was at home. Very few considered the possibility that the bump-less photo might have been old.
Kim is tired of all the rumors, offers definitive proof
Here’s where Kim is drawing the line. Some hours ago, she posted another photo, this time completely in the buff to shut haters up. Because she’s not wearing anything in it, we can’t include it here, but you can find it at the link in the second paragraph.
For good measure, she also includes a text in which she talks about changes noticeable in her body depending on stuff like whether she eats or not.
“I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate,” she adds. “Everyone's body is different, every pregnancy is very different! I've learned to love my body at every stage! I'm going to get even bigger & that's beautiful too! I'm blessed to even be pregnant & even luckier to not have preeclampsia as far as I know, so I don't have the swelling issue this time! They also say your body carries a boy different than a girl! Whatever the case may be I'm grateful to God for this miracle & no matter what rumors or comments you throw my way this time they truly don't affect me!”
She tagged her post with #NoFilter, #NoPhotoShop and #GoodLighting, just in case anyone thought to point out to her that she could have easily added the bump in Photoshop.
