This is better than Taylor Swift’s Girl Squad moment on tour

Taylor Swift has set a new trend in terms of arena shows: have a moment in which you invite celebrity friends to party with you and, why not, show off a bit. Well, U2 has taken Taylor’s Girl Squad moment to new heights, with some help from Penelope Cruz and her husband Javier Bardem.

The band performed in Barcelona, Spain, the other night, and frontman Bono invited Javier on stage at some point during the show, as you can see in the video below. It’s safe to say that the actor came prepared to have a good time, rocking a fierce blue hat and matching feather boa.

If you didn’t know that twerking is also on the long list of Bardem’s skills, you will once you check out the video; the real fun starts only halfway, though.

Javier sang and danced with Bono and the other bandmembers and, apparently, refused to leave because he was having too much fun, prompting an intervention from his “angry” wife. Penelope was wearing thigh-high leather boots, a blonde wig and bunny ears (as one does at a U2 concert) and she complied with every one of her husband’s requests of snapping photos, much to the delight of the audience.

If you’re to crash a concert, this is definitely the way you do it! Enjoy the video.
