Chinese company Oppo is gearing up for the release of yet another Android smartphone, the R7s Plus. The standard version of the device will soon be introduced in Europe and the United States, but the enhanced variant has yet to be officially announced.

If you're looking for a high-end smartphone at a decent price, the Oppo R7s Plus might just be the device for you. The handset has recently been spotted at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory commission.

Although we have no information on when the R7s Plus might go on sale, rumor has it that the smartphone will be available for purchase for around $515 outright.

Unlike the original Oppo R7s version that packs a 5.5-inch full HD (1080p) display, the enhanced model comes with a much larger 6-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with similar resolution.

Fast charging technology will be included, too

Also, the 3,070 mAh battery of the Oppo R7s has been bumped to 4,100 mAh, so the improved version of the smartphone should last even longer now.

According to GizmoChina, the Oppo R7s Plus might ditch the 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor for another one provided by MediaTek. However, details on the chipset inside are a bit scarce at the moment.

The good news is Oppo R7s Plus will pack the same amount of memory: 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. Users will be able to expand storage up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

Speaking of which, the R7s Plus comes with Hybrid Dual-SIM support, which means you will be using a SIM port to expand internal memory. It's also worth mentioning that a 64GB model might be launched as well.

The rest of the phone's specs are similar to those of the original model, including the 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and the 8-megapixel photo snapper on the front.
