The stable browser has been updated once again

Opera continues to be one of the best browsers on the market, and one feature that sets it apart from the rest of the crowd is the built-in VPN.

While other browsers are already working on such functionality, including Microsoft Edge, the VPN support in Opera is working like a charm, which is pretty impressive, especially given it’s completely free.

The parent company guarantees that no logs are being stored, so you are always completely anonymous when browsing the web.

“Browse with a virtual IP address that helps hide your location and lets you view the web with enhanced online privacy within the Android and desktop Opera Browser. Opera’s free VPN for Android and computer doesn’t log your activity or collect information, further improving your privacy and security while browsing with Opera. The free VPN secures your internet traffic within Opera Browser. There’s no need to download any additional apps or browser extensions for the best VPN,” Opera says.

Now that we’ve reminded everyone that Opera is such a great browser, here’s something that’s also worth knowing. The browser has just received a new update in the production channel, and of course, it’s worth downloading as well.

With version 94.0.4606.38, Opera is being updated to Chromium 108.0.5359.125, while also getting a series of improvements.

For example, news articles now open in the active tab, while the right mouse click opens the speed dial instead of the context menu.

Obviously, this release is mostly focused on refining the experience with Opera, so no big features are included this time. This makes sense, especially as Lucid Mode has recently been added, so Opera is now trying to make sure that everything is working exactly as expected on all supported platforms.

The new version of the browser is available on Windows, Linux, and macOS.
