Taylor Swift often denies rumors that she’s “dissing” ex-boyfriends in her music but that’s not stopping the Internet from speculating who could have inspired the latest breakup anthem from her. Harry Styles of One Direction, for instance, is said to have provided Taylor with material for no less than 3 songs.

These are “I Knew You Were Trouble” from the “Red” album and “Style” and “Out of the Woods” from “1989.” Well, now it’s time for Harry Styles to fight back and show her that two can play that game. Allegedly.

Some hours ago, One Direction dropped on Spotify the second single from the upcoming album “Made in the A.M.,” called “Perfect.” The Twitterverse and even music publications are convinced that it’s about Taylor, Harry’s response to her diss songs, to be more exact.

The fact that it includes this line seems conclusive: “And if you're looking for someone to write your breakup songs about / Baby, I'm perfect / Baby, we're perfect.”

The tweet below is meant to show that “Perfect” isn’t just Styles’ response to Taylor’s diss songs, but that it was also made to sound almost exactly the same. Styles was involved in the writing of the words and the melody, so maybe he just found the perfect way to turn the tables on his former flame.

“Made in the A.M.” comes out on November 13. If the 4 remaining members of One Direction can find a Taylor Swift lookalike for the “Perfect” video, they’re set in terms of publicity and promotion for it.
