14 DAY TRIAL // Kourtney Kardashian may have recently found out that her longtime partner Scott Disick (who’s also the father of her 3 children) was a cheater and an incurable addict, and thus an unreliable partner, but she’s got at least one man to count on: Kanye West.
In light of allegations that Disick cheated on Kourtney while on vacation in Monte Carlo, she ended the 9-year relationship. She is said to be heartbroken but coping with the situation as best as she can, while Disick is believed to be in a complete state of denial about everything, from his alcohol and drug problems to the definitive nature of the split.
Kanye is willing to step in for him, People Magazine says.
The world is mad at Scott, but Kanye is the maddest
Insiders close to the Kardashian family tell the celebrity publication that Kanye is in complete disbelief at Scott’s actions, but he’s already told Kourtney that she can depend on him as a male figure / father figure for the 3 kids, Mason, Penelope and Reign.
He has their best interest at heart and is most concerned about them, now that Disick has pretty much bailed on them.
“Kanye is furious, maybe the most furious of everyone,” an insider explains. “He's saying that a real man doesn't abandon his family like Scott is doing. He feels strongly about that.”
As much as Kanye hates Scott right now, he would be willing to go back on good terms with him if he owned up to his mistake and took responsibility for his actions, but more importantly, if he came back to Kourtney and to his family.
Chances of that happening are, sadly, slim to none.
Scott, the absentee father and partner
As much as Scott promised Kourtney he would stay sober and be more present in her and the children’s lives, he never really delivered on it.
For instance, before the Monte Carlo vacation, where he was caught getting handsy with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli, he had not been home for a full month.
After the scandal, he missed Penelope’s 3rd birthday and only wished her a happy birthday after paparazzi photos of her Disneyland party emerged online. His fans also noticed this and took to his social media to let him know that he was a horrible father and an even more despicable man for acting this way.
Still, as furious as they are, they got nothing on Kanye.
