Animal Crossing: New Horizons is one of the few high profile games that hasn't been delayed. As such, Nintendo confirmed recently that it will go ahead with the release as previously planned, so if you're a fan of the Animal Crossing series, you'll be happy to know the game is coming to Switch on March 20.

Moreover, the Japanese company announced a special Nintendo Switch bundle that has everything needed to start a new island life, including an island-themed console, dock, Joy-Con controllers and straps, as well as a download code for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. In addition, two specially-themed carrying cases will be available for purchase starting March 20.

The Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch is now available for pre-order in the UK for £320, while customers in the US can get on for just $300. However, it's worth mentioning that the US version of the bundle doesn't include the Animal Crossing: New Horizons game, which is why it's cheaper than the one in the UK.

Those interested can find the bundle at various retailers in the UK and US, including Amazon, Game, ShopTo, GameStop, Best Buy, and Target. Also, the Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch can be pre-ordered via Amazon Germany for no less than €380, or the Official Nintendo UK Store.

Last but not least, Nintendo will launch even more Animal Crossing-themed accessories in the UK and US, such as screen protectors, controllers, vault cases, carrying cases, and skin bundles. These are already available for purchase via the Official Nintendo UK Store and Amazon but won't ship until March 20.

The next adventure in the Animal Crossing series, New Horizons lets players customize their character and home, and decorate the landscape as they create their very own island paradise. Up to eight players can reside on an island, while four residents of the same island can play together simultaneously on a single system.
