Nintendo has disappointed its fans with a limited set of new game announcements during E3 2015, but apparently the company is in the process of concluding some pretty major deals with both Disney and Amazon, which might be announced before the end of the year.

The rumors have appeared from a source that has delivered accurate details about the company and its products in the past and has been centralized on NeoGAF.

It seems that Nintendo is aiming to enter a long-term partnership with Disney which will involve common video game projects, movies that include Mario and other characters, and more toys and merchandise.

The introduction of two special Amiibos for Skylanders might be a sign of how the two companies might work together for Disney Infinity.

Initially, Nintendo content was supposed to be part of the coming 3.0 wave of characters, which is heavily focused on Star Wars, but the deal could not be done in time.

A new Wreck-It Ralph movie might include Mario as a character, and he might partner with Mickey Mouse in a future new series of video games.

The deal with Disney would certainly fit the pattern, as Nintendo already has deals with both DeNA for mobile games and Universal for theme parks.

Amazon might sell video games from the Japanese game maker in its store

The Disney rumor seems credible, but the deal that Nintendo is supposedly working on with the online retailer sounds more revolutionary.

Apparently, Amazon believes that it would be a good idea to get mobile games and even 3DS titles on its own app store, which would give them a wider audience than they have now.

The coming NX hardware from Nintendo is also set to include some sort of emulation solution for Android so that it can run a bigger library of titles.

None of the companies mentioned in the rumors has delivered official comments about their future plans.

Nintendo has denied that it has plans to integrate Android into its future hardware. The company says that it will only talk about the NX and the video games associated with them during 2016.
