The National Football League has officially announced the launch of its very own streaming subscription service called NFL+

Just as expected, NFL+ comes with a lot of exclusive content to paying subscribers, including live out-of-market preseason games across all devices, live local and primetime regular season and postseason games on mobile devices, live local and national audio for every game, NFL Network shows on-demand, NFL Films archives and more.

NFL will offer two different tiers called NFL+ and NFL+ Premium.

Available for $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, NFL+ includes live local and primetime games on mobile and tables, live out-of-market preseason games on all devices, live game audio, and ad-free NFL library programming.

Two different tiers

NFL+ Premium adds several ad-free goodies, including full and condensed game replays, as well as the coaches film.

“NFL+ marks the next evolution of the NFL's direct-to-consumer offering, building upon what the league developed with NFL Game Pass. With the growth of OTT, NFL+ is the NFL's commitment to bringing fans the content they want and delivering a marquee direct-to-consumer experience,” NFL announced today.

“NFL+ is available in the NFL App across all app stores for $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Fans can upgrade to NFL+ Premium for $9.99/month or $79.99/year, which offers all of the features of NFL+ as well as full and condensed game replays and the All-22 Coaches Film.”

The new streaming service will be available starting August 4, just in time for the Hall of Fame Game. Needless to say, users will be able to stream live NFL games to all their devices, no matter if we’re talking about iPhone and Android. As NFL says, the apps are already live on the app stores, so if you’re planning on becoming a subscriber, you know what you have to do.
